Job Responsibility
Welcome with warmth and empathy: Actively greet visitors with kindness, compassion, and understanding—recognizing that families may be experiencing stress, worry, or joy
Guide with care: Badge and screen guests according to visitation guidelines, then help them navigate the facility with confidence
Support families: Determine destinations and transportation needs, offering assistance every step of the way
Transport patients safely: Provide internal patient transport that is both secure and engaging
Keep us moving: Stock and move wheelchairs, strollers, and carts to ensure accessibility across the facility
Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
At least one year of customer service experience, including conflict management
Understanding of developmental needs across all age groups—from neonatal to adult
Strong communication, interpersonal, and prioritization skills
Confidence and composure in stressful situations, with the ability to diffuse negativity
Critical thinking skills to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Bilingual abilities preferred
CPR certification (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers) required within 90 days of hire
