We are looking for a Children Panel Accredited Solicitor in Trafford. At National Legal Service (NLS), we do meaningful work that changes lives. Job Responsibility

  • Run your own caseload of Care matters
  • Drafting legal documents and Case Management
  • Handle Legal Aid applications and confidently navigate the CCMS portal
  • Undertake your own advocacy
  • Deliver outstanding client care with empathy and professionalism
  • Work towards achievable fee earner targets while making a genuine impact

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Experience in Care Proceedings
  • Advocacy and Case Management skills
  • Understands Legal Aid Agency processes and compliance requirements
