As a Children Animator, you will be responsible for entertaining children during the cruise, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Entertain children during the cruise, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience
  • Manage a group of children of different nationalities, involving them in games, dancing, and art & craft activities according to the cruise planning
  • Plan and promote activities well in advance, organizing all the material and equipment to deliver a precise and structured program
  • Follow company security rules concerning the management of Squok Club and children’s activities to guarantee safe and secure entertainment
  • Handle all emergencies related to children, providing fast and effective solutions in accordance with company standards
  • Actively contribute to a dynamic work environment, emphasizing safety as a core value for everyone
  • Support health and safety culture onboard

Requirements

  • Secondary School in pedagogy or School of education
  • At least 3 months of experience with children in entertainment, babysitting, kindergarten, resorts, or similar settings
  • English at least at B1 level
  • Fluency in an additional language (German, French, or Spanish) is highly desirable
  • Dynamic, responsible and have a passion for working with children

  • Property & DIY Maintenance: Carry out general maintenance and DIY tasks across all Amegreen sites—including our Head Office, Residential Homes, Schools, and equine therapy facility
  • Essential Repairs: Perform essential internal and external repairs such as painting and decorating, basic carpentry (including changing or fixing locks), joinery, adjusting fixtures, and assembling or relocating furniture
  • Plumbing & Waste Management: Clear and unblock sinks, toilets, and drains
