Requirements
Previous work and/or personal experience preferred
Full training provided
Excellent English language skills required
Due to the complexities of the role, you will be 25 years of age or over
Resilient individual with strong listening skills and a willingness to learn
Relevant health and social care qualifications in children and young people or a willingness to work towards them
Genuine desire to make a positive impact and a difference to children’s lives
Willingness to work a fixed rota, including sleep-ins
Must be able to drive
Clean Driver’s licence with no fault claims essential
