Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Conduct thorough assessments of children and families' needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, teachers, and other professionals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
Work efficiently and effectively within a demanding environment

Requirements:

SSSC registration is required
PVG membership is essential
Proven experience in child and family social work
Full driving license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant Social Work Degree
