Job Responsibility:
Conduct assessments and develop care plans for children and families in line with statutory frameworks and policies
Provide direct support to children and families, focusing on their safety, wellbeing, and development
Work collaboratively with schools, health professionals, and other agencies to deliver a multi-agency approach to child protection
Attend case reviews, core group meetings, and legal proceedings as required
Maintain accurate records and prepare high-quality reports for court and other purposes
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker
SSSC registered in the Social Work part of the register
Car driver
BA in social work
