Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Children and Families Social Worker to join the dynamic 0-26 Team in Midlothian. As a Social Worker, you'll make a life-changing impact on children and families, providing essential support, safety, and opportunity to help them thrive. You will assess needs, develop care plans, and work closely with families to enable positive outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out assessments and interventions to protect and support children, young people, and families
Work as part of the 0-26 Team, responding to immediate needs and delivering comprehensive support across a range of ages
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multi-agency teams, ensuring the welfare and best interests of each child and family
Provide guidance and resources to empower families and foster positive changes in challenging situations

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker
SSSC registered in the Social Work part of the register
