As a Children and Families Social Worker, you will play a vital role in the lives of young people and families, helping to build safe, supportive, and nurturing environments. You'll be part of a committed team, working with children from birth to age 26, assessing their needs, providing support, and enabling positive outcomes. Job Responsibility

  • Carry out assessments and interventions to protect and support children, young people, and families
  • Work as part of the 0-26 Team, responding to immediate needs and delivering comprehensive support across a range of ages
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multi-agency teams, ensuring the welfare and best interests of each child and family
  • Provide guidance and resources to empower families and foster positive changes in challenging situations
