Job Responsibility
Carry out assessments and interventions to protect and support children, young people, and families
Work as part of the 0-26 Team, responding to immediate needs and delivering comprehensive support across a range of ages
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multi-agency teams, ensuring the welfare and best interests of each child and family
Provide guidance and resources to empower families and foster positive changes in challenging situations
Requirements
