Job Description:

This position is for childcare professionals to work abroad during the summer season. The role involves creating and supervising age-appropriate programs for children, coaching and managing a team, ensuring health and safety, and providing excellent customer service to parents or guardians.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and supervise a fun and age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12
  • lead and coach a small team
  • ensure health and safety standards are met
  • guide and manage team performance
  • answer parents or guardians’ questions and solve problems.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children
  • recognised childcare education is helpful but not mandatory
  • fun and vibrant personality
  • ability to work solo and as part of a team
  • experience in supporting or supervising colleagues
  • ability to communicate confidently with international colleagues, children, and parents/guardians
  • willingness to learn and adapt
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • conversational in English and German.
