Job Responsibility
You will create, deliver and supervise a fun and exciting age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12 & Teens which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments
Lead an international team in a fun, safe environment by coaching, guiding, and managing team performance in addition to celebrating success using weekly guest feedback
Take part and collaborate with the wider hotel team in regular events, such as team days, daytime activities and evening entertainment party dances
You also ensure that health and safety standards are always maintained to the highest standards, as set out in the TUI childcare handbook
You will support your colleagues by answering parents/guardians’ questions and solving problems
Requirements
Previous experience working with children in a similar supervisory position. Ideally within a fast-paced and/or hotel resort environment
A formal childcare qualification is helpful but not required
You have a fun and outgoing personality with the confidence to engage and connect with children of all ages through active and playful interactions
Demonstrate capability to facilitate sessions whilst holding the full responsibility for the children in your care
You have experience in leading, supporting and supervising colleagues and can communicate confidently with international colleagues, children & parents/guardians
Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Excel, Teams, Word and Outlook to support communication and administration
You're flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, and bring enthusiasm to activities like kid's discos and evening entertainment sessions
You are fully conversational in English
