Job Description:

We’re recruiting on behalf of a top Legal 500 firm known for its excellence in legal aid and family law. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior role within a nationally recognised Child Care team.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and supervise a team handling complex public/private law children cases
Manage your own caseload and undertake advocacy in Family Courts
Drive departmental growth and support strategic initiatives

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with a valid SRA practising certificate
5+ years’ experience in child care law (public & private law)
Strong leadership and team supervision skills
Family Court advocacy experience under legal aid
Children Panel Accreditation is essential
