Job Description:

A childcare solicitor role with a well-known law firm in Bournemouth, offering hybrid work, competitive salary, and growth potential within a specialist childcare law team.

Job Responsibility:

Attend court for cases that cannot be settled amicably
work closely with senior fee earners and partners
specialize in childcare law

Requirements:

Childcare panel member or interest in attaining panel membership
3 years PQE (preferred)
motivation to stay within childcare
ability to attend court for cases
commitment to live and work in the Bournemouth area

Nice to have:

Experience with guardians and social services
skills to work closely with key partners
