A childcare solicitor role with a well-known law firm in Bournemouth, offering hybrid work, competitive salary, and growth potential within a specialist childcare law team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Attend court for cases that cannot be settled amicably
  • work closely with senior fee earners and partners
  • specialize in childcare law

Requirements:

  • Childcare panel member or interest in attaining panel membership
  • 3 years PQE (preferred)
  • motivation to stay within childcare
  • ability to attend court for cases
  • commitment to live and work in the Bournemouth area

Nice to have:

  • Experience with guardians and social services
  • skills to work closely with key partners
