Job Description:

Childcare Host position at TUI BLUE Sylt in Germany, responsible for creating and delivering age-appropriate programs for children aged 3-12 and teens, ensuring high childcare standards, and providing excellent guest service.

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 3-12 & Teens
Take part in regular events such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during kids disco
Ensure high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
Answer parents/guardians' questions, resolve issues and adapt to guests' requirements

Requirements:

Genuine love and experience of working with children
Confident and pro-active communication skills with all guests and hotel team
Fun outgoing personality with confidence to engage and connect with children of all ages
Capability to facilitate sessions while holding full responsibility for children
Willingness to learn and commit
Adaptable and flexible individual with ability to work well under pressure
Flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends
Fully conversational in German & English
Right to work in Germany

Nice to have:

Recognized childcare qualification/education
Additional languages beyond German and English
