Job Description:

Childcare Host role at TUI KIDS CLUB Cinco Plazas in Lanzarote, creating and delivering age-appropriate programmes for children, ensuring high childcare standards, and working as part of an international team in a hotel environment.

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver fun and exciting age-appropriate programmes for children aged 3-12 & teens
Ensure high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
Collaborate with wider team in regular events like team days, parades, or evening party dances
Answer parents/guardians' questions and resolve issues
Adapt to guests' requirements

Requirements:

Experience working with children
Fully conversational in English
Flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends
Confidence to engage and connect with children of all ages
Ability to work well under pressure
Willingness to learn and commit
Right to work in Spain

Nice to have:

Additional European languages
Experience in childcare activities
Outgoing personality
Adaptability and flexibility
