Job Description:

Childcare Host position at TUI KIDS CLUB Felicia Village in Antalya, responsible for creating and delivering age-appropriate programmes for children, ensuring childcare standards, and providing excellent guest service.

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver fun and exciting age-appropriate programmes for children aged 3-12 and teens
Ensure high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
Answer parents/guardians' questions and resolve issues
Participate in regular events such as team days, parades, or evening party dances
Adapt to guests' requirements

Requirements:

Experience working with children
Fully conversational in English
German language skills
Flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends
Willingness to learn and commit
Adaptable and flexible individual with ability to work well under pressure
Right to work in Türkiye
Local residence in Türkiye

Nice to have:

Additional languages beyond English and German
Enthusiasm for lively activities like kid's discos and evening entertainment sessions
