Childcare Host

• Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments
• Take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco
• Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
• Answer parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting, if possible, to guests’ requirements

• EU passport
• Willingness to move to holiday destinations during summer 2026
• Genuine love and experience of working with children
• Confidently communicating with parents/guardians
• Fun and vibrant personality
• Capable to lead sessions and work as part of an international team
• Willingness to learn and commit
• Adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure
• Fully conversational in English and one of the following: German, Dutch, French, Polish, Danish, Finnish or Swedish

Recognized childcare qualification/education is beneficial
