Childcare Host

• Create and deliver fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 3-12 & Teens
• Take part & collaborate with wider team in regular events
• Ensure high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
• Put guests at heart of everything by answering parents/guardians' questions, resolving issues and adapting to guests' requirements

• Genuine love and experience of working with children
• Confidently and pro-actively communicate with all guests and hotel team
• Fun outgoing personality with confidence to engage and connect with children of all ages
• Capability to facilitate sessions while holding full responsibility for children
• Willingness to learn and commit
• Adaptable and flexible individual with ability to work well under pressure
• Flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends
• Fully conversational in English
• Ideally German
• Willing to work as part of an international team
• Right to work in Türkiye
