Job Description:

Childcare Host role at TUI KIDS CLUB Playa Garden in Mallorca, creating and delivering age-appropriate programmes for children aged 3-12 & Teens, ensuring high childcare standards and providing excellent guest service.

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver fun and exciting age-appropriate programmes for children aged 3-12 & Teens
Collaborate with wider team in regular events such as team days, parades, or evening party dances
Ensure high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
Answer parents/guardians' questions and resolve issues
Adapt to guests' requirements

Requirements:

Experience working with children
Fully conversational in English
German speaking
Right to work in Spain
Local resident in Spain
Flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends
Confidence to engage and connect with children of all ages
Ability to work well under pressure
Willingness to learn and commit
Adaptable and flexible individual

Nice to have:

Additional languages beyond English and German
Experience in childcare qualification
International team experience
