Job Description:

Childcare Host position at TUI KIDS CLUB Playa Garden in Mallorca, creating magical moments for children aged 3-12 and teens through fun and exciting age-appropriate programmes while ensuring high childcare standards and excellent guest service.

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver fun and exciting age-appropriate programmes for children aged 3-12 & teens
Ensure high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
Answer parents/guardians' questions and resolve issues
Participate in team events, parades, and evening party dances during kids disco
Adapt to guests' requirements

Requirements:

Experience working with children
Fully conversational in English
German speaking
Right to work in Spain
Local resident in Spain
Flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends
Willingness to learn and commit
Adaptable and flexible individual with ability to work well under pressure
Confidence to engage and connect with children of all ages

Nice to have:

Additional languages beyond English and German
Experience in childcare activities and programming
