Job Description:

Childcare Host position at TUI KIDS CLUB Maspalomas Princess in Gran Canaria, creating and delivering age-appropriate programmes for children, ensuring high childcare standards, and providing excellent guest service.

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver fun and exciting age-appropriate programmes for children aged 3-12 & teens
Take part in regular events such as team days, parades, or evening party dances
Ensure high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
Answer parents/guardians' questions and resolve issues
Adapt to guests' requirements

Requirements:

Experience working with children
Fully conversational in English
German speaking ability
Flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends
Outgoing personality with confidence to engage with children
Willingness to learn and commit
Ability to work well under pressure
Right to work in Spain
Local resident in Spain

Nice to have:

Additional languages beyond English and German
Experience in childcare qualification
Willingness to work as part of an international team
