Job Description:

Childcare Host position at TUI BLUE Flamingo Beach hotel in Lanzarote, responsible for creating and delivering age-appropriate programmes for children, ensuring high childcare standards, and providing excellent guest service.

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver fun and exciting age-appropriate programmes for children aged 3-12 & Teens
Take part in regular events such as team days, parades, or evening party dances
Ensure high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
Answer parents/guardians' questions and resolve issues
Adapt to guests' requirements

Requirements:

Recognized childcare qualification/education
Experience working with children
Fully conversational in English
Flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends
Confidence to engage and connect with children of all ages
Ability to work well under pressure
Willingness to learn and commit
Adaptable and flexible individual

Nice to have:

Additional European languages
Experience in international team environments
