Job Description:

Childcare Host position at TUI KIDS CLUB Cala Mandia in Mallorca, responsible for creating and delivering age-appropriate programmes for children, ensuring high childcare standards, and providing excellent guest service in a tourism environment.

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver fun and exciting age-appropriate programmes for children aged 3-12 & Teens
Participate in regular events such as team days, parades, or evening party dances
Ensure high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
Answer parents/guardians' questions and resolve issues
Adapt to guests' requirements

Requirements:

Experience working with children
Fully conversational in English
German speaking ability
Right to work in Spain
Flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends
Confidence to engage with children of all ages
Ability to work well under pressure
Willingness to learn and commit
Outgoing personality with playful interaction skills

Nice to have:

Additional languages beyond English and German
EU-recognized Childcare Qualification
