Childcare Host

• Create and deliver fun and exciting age-appropriate programmes for children aged 3-12 and teens
• Collaborate with wider team in regular events such as team days, parades, or evening party dances
• Ensure high childcare standards including health and safety guidelines
• Answer parents/guardians' questions and resolve issues
• Adapt to guests' requirements

• Experience working with children
• Confident and proactive communication skills
• Ability to engage and connect with children of all ages
• Capability to facilitate sessions while taking full responsibility for children
• Willingness to learn and commit
• Adaptable and flexible with ability to work under pressure
• Flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends
• Fully conversational in English
• German language skills
• Right to work in Spain
• Local resident in Spain
