Job Description:

Childcare Host position at TUI BLUE Manar Hotel in Tunisia, responsible for creating and delivering age-appropriate programs for children aged 0-3, ensuring high childcare standards, and providing excellent guest service as part of an international team.

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-3
Cover developmental needs and create magical moments
Take part in regular events such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during kids disco
Ensure high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
Answer parents/guardians' questions, resolve issues and adapt to guests' requirements

Requirements:

Recognized childcare qualification/education with specialization of 0-3-year-olds
Experience working with children
Fully conversational in English
Flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends
Willingness to learn and commit
Adaptable and flexible individual with ability to work well under pressure
Fun and vibrant personality
Capable to facilitate sessions and work as part of an international team

Nice to have:

Additional European languages
Enthusiasm for lively activities like kid's discos and evening entertainment sessions
