Job Description:

Qualified Childcare Host position at TUI BLUE Sylt resort in Germany, working with children aged 0-12 in a diverse team of Kid Club & Baby Club Hosts

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver fun and exciting age-appropriate programmes for children aged 0-12
Take part in regular events such as team days, parades, or evening party dances
Ensure high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
Answer parents/guardians' questions and resolve issues

Requirements:

Recognized childcare qualification/education
Experience working with children
German language skills
English language skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Adaptable and flexible individual
Willingness to learn and commit

Nice to have:

Additional languages beyond German and English
