This exciting role is based at TUI KIDS CLUB Ponient Marinada Hotel in Costa Dorada. You need to be available minimum from 21.04. - 31.10.2026. If you live in Spain, have the right to work there, speak English, and ideally another European language — keep reading!

Job Responsibility

  • Create, deliver and supervise fun & exciting age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12 & Teens
  • Take part & collaborate with wider team in regular events
  • Lead national or international team in fun, safe environment by coaching, guiding, and managing team performance
  • Ensure health and safety standards are always maintained to highest standards
  • Support TUI colleagues by answering parents/guardians' questions and solving problems

Requirements

  • Enjoy working with children and have experience
  • Fun outgoing personality with confidence to engage children
  • Capability to facilitate sessions while holding full responsibility for children
  • Experience in supporting or supervising colleagues
  • Ability to communicate confidently with international colleagues, children & parents/guardians
  • Willingness to learn and commit
  • Adaptable and flexible with ability to work well under pressure
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Excel, Teams, Word and Outlook
  • Flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends
  • Fully conversational in English
