You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently and pro-actively communicating with all guests and hotel team
You are a fun outgoing personality with the confidence to engage and connect with children of all ages through active and playful interactions
Demonstrate capability to facilitate sessions whilst holding the full responsibility for the children in your care
Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure
You're flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, and bring enthusiasm to lively activities like kid's discos and evening entertainment sessions
You are fully conversational in English
additional languages will be helpful and you are willing to work as part of an international team

Job Responsibility

Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 3-12 & Teens which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments
Take part & collaborate with the wider team in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco
Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians' questions, resolving issues and adapting if possible to guests' requirements
