Job Responsibility:
Providing healthy, balanced meals and snacks for up to 90 children daily
Maintaining a gold-standard kitchen including strict Food Safety Practices and meticulous record-keeping
Ensuring 100% accuracy when preparing meals for children with specific dietary requirements, anaphylaxis, and intolerances
Contributing to a menu that is as inclusive as it is tasty
Requirements:
Current Food Handlers Certificate
Demonstrated knowledge of allergy management and a deep understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP/Food Safety Programs)
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a commitment to child safety
Highly organized
Safety-first mindset
Nice to have:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
