Job Description:

First Steps Childcare Group is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed part time Childcare Administrator to join the First Steps Hub Team in Chichester to support all of the nurseries within the group. You will enjoy working as part of a small friendly team set within a childcare environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Undertake a range of administrative duties supporting the sales and admissions processes of the nurseries
  • Deal with a variety of customers including parents, college staff & students and external agencies
  • Work efficiently as part of the team but will be comfortable working under your own initiative as the role demands

Requirements:

  • GCSEs at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) including English Language and Maths
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous administration experience is essential
