Job Description

As a Child Wellbeing and Learning Partner, you’ll play a crucial role in driving excellence across our services. You will champion the delivery of the National Quality Standard (NQS), guiding our field teams with hands-on coaching, tailored training, and support during Assessment & Rating processes. Your insights and feedback will directly influence how we evolve our programs and continue to deliver high-quality experiences for every child.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive excellence across our services

Requirements

  • Background in early childhood education or OSHC
  • Confident communicator and mentor
  • Skilled in operational practice, compliance, and team engagement
  • Comfortable travelling regularly across your region
  • Flexible, organised, and energised by a dynamic environment
  • Equipped with a current driver's license and your own reliable vehicle

  • Contribute to the School Improvement Plan, self-evaluation, and campus performance reporting
  • Ensure compliance with Independent School Standards and inspection requirements
  • Line manage allocated staff, including performance management, appraisal, induction, and probation processes
  • Maintain high-quality classroom teaching aligned with the Teachers' Standards
