Now Hiring: Early Childhood Teachers — Enjoy Lower Classroom Ratios Than State Requirements! Encompass is seeking dedicated Child Care Teachers to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that nurture curiosity, confidence, and development. Teachers design child-centered activities, provide exceptional care, and build strong relationships with families—all within classrooms that intentionally operate at lower ratios than state minimums to support higher-quality interactions and individualized attention.

Requirements:
