Job Responsibility:
Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions for children, adolescents and parents
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address mental health challenges
Develop, implement and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their feelings
Participate in community outreach and engagement initiatives
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mental health care
Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work
Valid state licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC)
Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting
Strong understanding of developmental psychology and mental health disorders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
