Job Responsibility

  • Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions for children, adolescents and parents
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address mental health challenges
  • Develop, implement and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their feelings
  • Participate in community outreach and engagement initiatives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mental health care

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work
  • Valid state licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting
  • Strong understanding of developmental psychology and mental health disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
