Job Responsibility

  • Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence-based and creative interventions
  • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners
  • Maintain approximately 25 client hours per week for full-time status
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations
  • Contribute to the supportive, fun, and inclusive culture that makes Ellie special

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW)
  • Active clinical license or on the path to licensure (supervision available as capacity allows)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Comfort working with diverse populations
  • Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant experience a plus!)
  • A genuine passion for helping people heal and thrive
