Job Description

Inviox Studios is a global game art and development outsourcing company working with leading AAA publishers and developers worldwide. We are now looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical vision, infrastructure, and engineering excellence as we continue to grow globally. As CTO, you will be responsible for defining and executing Inviox Studios’ technology strategy across game development pipelines, internal tools, infrastructure, and security. You will work closely with the CEO, studio directors, and production leads to ensure technology enables speed, quality, and scalability. This is a hands-on leadership role with strategic ownership.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and own the company-wide technology and engineering strategy
  • Lead and scale engineering, tools, and technical pipeline teams
  • Oversee game development pipelines (Unity, Unreal, proprietary tools)
  • Optimize internal tools, workflows, and automation for large-scale production
  • Ensure security, stability, and scalability of infrastructure and systems
  • Partner with production, art, and business teams to remove technical bottlenecks
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies, engines, and tools
  • Support M&A technical due diligence and studio integrations
  • Build technical standards, documentation, and best practices across teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering, or Technical Director
  • Strong background in game development or game technology
  • Deep understanding of Unreal Engine and/or Unity pipelines
  • Experience managing distributed, international technical teams
  • Strong system architecture, infrastructure, and DevOps knowledge
  • Ability to balance hands-on problem solving with high-level strategy
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience scaling teams and processes in fast-growing companies
