The Chief Technology Officer is a core member of the executive team, responsible for setting and executing the company’s Product and Technology strategy and ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality products and platforms that support the company’s commercial and operational goals. The CTO works closely with the CEO and executive peers to translate business priorities into technical direction, balancing innovation with reliability, speed with quality, and short-term delivery with long-term sustainability. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on ownership appropriate to a growing technology organisation.
Job Responsibility:
Set and own the company’s product and technical direction
Own the Product P&L and Equity Story
Lead engineering delivery end-to-end
Translate business priorities into executable technical plans
Own the evolution of the core platform
Establish and enforce standards covering code quality, testing, deployment, and observability
Act as the executive owner of technology and product risk
Provide technical and product leadership in customer and partner engagements
Oversee internal systems, IT services, and the product/tech budget
Build and lead a world-class team of engineers, product managers, and designers
