Job Responsibility:

Pioneer the Digital Factory: Drive automation initiatives across our manufacturing businesses that set new industry benchmarks. Deploy cutting edge robotics, IoT ecosystems, and predictive analytics that don’t just optimize production but fundamentally transform it
Architect Enterprise Excellence: Modernize our technology backbone from the ground up. Reimagine ERP and MES platforms as integrated, intelligent systems that provide real-time insights and seamless connectivity between factory floor and boardroom
Build the Intelligent Enterprise: Champion our digital transformation journey. Lead Industry 4.0 initiatives that position us not as followers of trends, but as creators of the future. Integrate emerging technologies with practical business value
Drive Strategic Impact: Influence executive strategy and communicate technology’s transformative potential across all stakeholders. Manage strategic partnerships that accelerate our competitive advantage

Requirements:

10+ years leading technology strategy within manufacturing or construction industry
Proven success delivering automation initiatives that produced measurable business impact
Strong capability with manufacturing systems including ERP and MES, as well as cloud architecture and enterprise integration
Ability to balance ambitious innovation with practical execution
Deep understanding of production environments and operational priorities
Proven experience leading organisational change and guiding teams through transformation
Strong influencing skills with the ability to communicate complex technology concepts in a way that drives action
