Chief Technology Officer

• Lead the development and execution of a global technology strategy focusing on digital transformation
• Oversee automation, system integration, and cloud migration initiatives
• Design and implement a scalable technology infrastructure that fosters innovation
• Build and manage high-performing, cross-functional teams
• Ensure cybersecurity and compliance with applicable regulations
• Collaborate closely with business leaders across various regions to align technology initiatives with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement through analytics and performance monitoring

• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken) is required
• Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar role, with a track record of leading digital transformation efforts
• Minimum of 10 years of IT leadership experience, with expertise in automation, cloud technologies, and system integrations
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance regulations
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and foster a culture of innovation
• Strategic thinker with a strong results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid or onsite model in Poland

Experience or strong understanding of IoT (Internet of Things) technologies and R&D processes is highly desirable
