The ability to handling and storage of all detergent and chemicals for cleaning
The ability to ensure that all operating equipment are in good working condition, properly stored and keep good control of par stock
Helps to monitor and enforce hygiene standard in accordance with the hotel requirement
Participate in inventory and breakage prevention control
Shares responsibility for keeping all operating equipment clean and in good working condition
Requirements:
Requires a working knowledge of division operations
Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
Requires the ability to operate and utilize culinary production equipment and tools effectively
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English Language
