  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
  • 20 years of progressively more complex post-registration engineering experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent from an ABET Accredited University
  • Complete mastery of roadway design concepts
  • Contribute to marketing efforts and developing approaches to project pursuit
  • Lead quality control efforts within the roadway group
  • Complete tasks and projects within expectations of Project Manager, Supervisor or Task Lead
  • Requires no technical supervision
  • Ability to direct and mentor younger staff
  • Maintain responsible charge on projects and tasks as assigned
  • A technical expert in the professional field
  • Capable of leading a group of technical employees with multiple assignments
  • Ability to work with across other disciplines (roadway, structures and drainage, landscape, etc.) to identify and reduce design conflicts
  • Exceptional verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with a variety of clients
