Job Description

This is a build, scale and lead mandate. You will take ownership of revenue across the United States, establishing structure, predictability and long-term enterprise growth in a market with significant opportunity. The business already has credibility and delivery capability. The focus now is commercial scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Designing and executing the North American revenue strategy
  • Building and scaling enterprise sales function from the ground up
  • Hiring, mentoring and developing a new sales team
  • Overseeing Customer Success as the US team grows
  • Driving predictable ARR growth across software and services
  • Expanding key enterprise relationships within law firms and corporate legal departments
  • Acting as the commercial face of the US business

Requirements

  • A strong background in eDiscovery software or eDiscovery professional services
  • Experience scaling an early-stage or high-growth revenue function OR experience leading North American expansion for an international vendor
  • A track record of building teams, not just inheriting them
  • Enterprise sales credibility with multi-million dollar revenue targets
  • A balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution
  • Comfortable operating in growth environments
