Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in a senior commercial role within a UK or European online marketplace or e-commerce business
Strong trading background
Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics
Track record of managing and scaling sizeable, high-performing teams
End-to-end P&L ownership experience of revenues exceeding £30 million
