Job Responsibility
Full revenue ownership: new logos, expansion, retention
Build a repeatable, scalable GTM motion with clear pipeline discipline
Personally engage in and close high-value, complex deals
Lead and elevate sales, marketing, and business development teams
Develop strategic partnerships and vertical expansion plays
Align marketing spend directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes
Requirements
10+ years in revenue/sales leadership (5+ at senior/executive level)
Background in HR tech, payroll, workforce solutions, staffing, or B2B services
Proven ability to scale revenue teams and infrastructure
Track record closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals
Strong pipeline rigor + experience with CRM-driven sales orgs
Leader who can set strategy in the morning and close deals in the afternoon
Competitive, high-urgency mindset—driven to win, not maintain
