Job Description

Hands-on, growth-obsessed Chief Revenue Officer to lead and scale its entire commercial engine. This is not a legacy maintenance role. We're looking for a true revenue hunter—someone currently leading or influencing growth inside ADP, Paychex, UKG, Rippling, Deel, or a high-growth HR/workforce platform—who wants the opportunity to own the number and build something bigger. Direct line to the CEO with full ownership of revenue strategy and execution. Opportunity to build and scale the go-to-market engine vs. inheriting one. Blend of enterprise deal leadership + team development + market strategy. Real ability to impact growth trajectory, not just manage it. AI-forward GTM approach to accelerate pipeline, insights, and conversion. Travel: 25–40%.

Job Responsibility

  • Full revenue ownership: new logos, expansion, retention
  • Build a repeatable, scalable GTM motion with clear pipeline discipline
  • Personally engage in and close high-value, complex deals
  • Lead and elevate sales, marketing, and business development teams
  • Develop strategic partnerships and vertical expansion plays
  • Align marketing spend directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes

Requirements

  • 10+ years in revenue/sales leadership (5+ at senior/executive level)
  • Background in HR tech, payroll, workforce solutions, staffing, or B2B services
  • Proven ability to scale revenue teams and infrastructure
  • Track record closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals
  • Strong pipeline rigor + experience with CRM-driven sales orgs
  • Leader who can set strategy in the morning and close deals in the afternoon
  • Competitive, high-urgency mindset—driven to win, not maintain

What we offer

  • Medical insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • Dental insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Disability insurance
  • 401(k) plan
