Job Description:

UltaHost is looking for a visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to own and drive the company’s entire product direction. As CPO, you will oversee the development of core hosting services, AI tools like UltaBuilder, blockchain-based hosting, and all customer-facing product experiences. This is a key leadership position reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for aligning user needs, business goals, and innovation. You will lead product managers, UX, design, and research to shape UltaHost’s roadmap across VPS, dedicated hosting, AI platforms, and decentralized infrastructure.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and drive product vision, long-term roadmap, and innovation strategy
  • Oversee all product teams including hosting, AI tools, UI/UX, Web3, and backend platforms
  • Translate business goals and market insights into actionable product direction
  • Own product lifecycle from concept to release and post-launch feedback
  • Guide product discovery, user research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy
  • Ensure alignment between product, engineering, sales, support, and executive leadership
  • Optimize product operations, documentation, and decision-making frameworks
  • Lead platform expansion to new regions and customer segments
  • Manage product budgeting, prioritization, and resource planning
  • Report progress, risks, and metrics directly to the CEO and board

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in product leadership roles (CPO, VP Product, Head of Product)
  • Deep experience in SaaS, hosting, infrastructure, or platform product environments
  • Strong understanding of both technical infrastructure (VPS, cloud, IPFS) and user-facing UX
  • Proven ability to lead diverse, multi-functional product teams across time zones
  • Experience launching and scaling new products, especially technical or AI-driven platforms
  • Ability to connect business needs to product design and technology execution
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI/LLM product development (e.g., AI builders, AI support agents)
  • Familiarity with WHMCS, control panels (Proxmox, cPanel), or cloud management systems
  • Knowledge of decentralized hosting, IPFS, or token-based access systems
  • Experience with modern UI/UX standards and conversion-focused design
  • Background in developer platforms or no-code/low-code tooling
