Job Description:

UltaHost is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and optimize all day-to-day operational functions across the company. This role reports directly to the CEO and plays a central role in ensuring the company runs smoothly, scales efficiently, and delivers consistently across departments including technical infrastructure, product development, support, HR, and customer success. You’ll translate strategic goals into actionable execution plans, manage key department heads, and build systems that support growth while maintaining UltaHost’s operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead all internal operations across departments: infrastructure, product, support, HR, compliance, and customer success
  • Translate CEO’s vision into structured roadmaps, execution models, and KPIs
  • Manage and track key operational metrics across performance, uptime, staffing, and user satisfaction
  • Oversee team execution and cross-functional project coordination
  • Work closely with department leads to remove blockers and improve delivery speed
  • Implement scalable workflows, standard operating procedures, and review cycles
  • Lead operational hiring strategies with HR and department managers
  • Align budget planning and resource allocation across all teams
  • Drive continuous improvement through performance tracking, automation, and optimization
  • Support international growth, office expansion, and global vendor management
  • Ensure compliance, risk control, and operational readiness in all markets

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in a senior operations or executive role in a tech, hosting, or SaaS company
  • Proven experience managing diverse teams across engineering, support, and business units
  • Strong understanding of hosting infrastructure, product delivery cycles, and customer operations
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience building operational systems at scale, including process optimization
  • Track record of translating strategy into execution with measurable results
  • Financial understanding of operational budgeting, cost control, and growth efficiency
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai is preferred, but remote candidates will be considered

  • Experience in high-growth hosting, infrastructure, or cloud companies
  • Familiarity with WHMCS, Proxmox, or DevOps infrastructure flows
