A well established international iGaming operator is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer to lead and develop its global Operations function. This executive leadership role will oversee a large operational organisation and play a key role in driving operational excellence across the business. The successful candidate will focus on improving efficiency, increasing automation, and strengthening the overall customer experience across multiple brands and markets.
Job Responsibility:
Define and implement the company’s Operations Strategy
Establish clear performance frameworks, including the use of OKRs
Ensure strong collaboration between Operations and other departments
Improving operational efficiency and margins
Reducing manual processes through automation
Implementing AI driven tools where appropriate
Strengthening internal workflows and operational scalability
Work across operational teams to identify opportunities to improve the overall customer journey
Act as the Operations representative within the C Level leadership team
Ensure operational insights and performance metrics are clearly communicated
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of C Level experience within the gaming or iGaming industry
At least 5 years of experience in senior Operations leadership roles
Proven experience managing large operational teams
Strong understanding of operational functions within an online gaming environment
Experience implementing automation, operational improvements, and technology driven efficiency initiatives
Highly analytical, focused on systems thinking, and comfortable challenging existing processes
A strong focus on efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement
