Chief Operating Officer Casino will be responsible for driving the overall operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability of the Casino business. This role consolidates core operational teams within the Casino function and leads key transformation initiatives to support future growth. The COO ensures that casino products and content are delivered, launched, and operated in a controlled, efficient, and scalable manner.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the Casino operating model to ensure stability, scalability, and operational excellence
Define, monitor, and report on operational KPIs, SLAs, and service standards
Embed regulatory, compliance, and risk requirements across all operational processes
Enhance the user experience through AI-driven solutions and automation
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors and third-party providers
Manage operating budgets, vendor contracts, and resource allocations to optimize cost efficiency
Foster a high-performance, accountable culture within a diverse, multicultural team
Maintain end-to-end accountability for support operations across all casino products, including Slots
Ensure efficient incident, escalation, and problem management processes
Drive continuous improvements in support tools, knowledge management, and overall service quality
Lead configuration, enablement, and operational readiness of all Casino products
Drive transformational initiatives to redesign workflows, tools, and data models
Reduce time-to-market, manual efforts, and errors through automation and standardization
Act as the operational bridge between Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams during onboarding
Develop and scale Vendor Operations as a dedicated function
Manage all operational interactions with vendors
Lead operational improvement initiatives to enhance and automate vendor-related processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
advanced degree preferred
Minimum 10–12 years of experience in casino/gaming operations or related industries, with a proven track record of operational leadership
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Strong resilience, adaptability, and ability to perform under pressure
Deep understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks
Experience driving operational transformation, automation, and efficiency improvements
Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills
