You’ll help drive strategic initiatives forward, optimize organizational alignment, and ensure that critical goals are met across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments and has a deep understanding of business strategy, communication, and organizational effectiveness.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with the CSO to operationalize strategic plans and initiatives across departments
  • Lead or support the execution of key cross-functional programs, ensuring accountability, timelines, and measurable outcomes

  • Serve as a bridge between the strategy office and other teams (e.g., product, marketing, finance, operations)
  • Drive alignment by facilitating communication, surfacing risks, and resolving roadblocks quickly
  • Coordinate internal strategy meetings, offsites, and workshops—developing agendas, synthesizing discussions, and following through on action items
  • Draft strategic documents, internal updates, and executive-level presentations
  • Translate strategic priorities into digestible messaging for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide the CSO with briefing materials, talking points, and timely updates on key initiatives
  • Conduct market, competitor, and internal business analyses to inform strategic choices
  • Lead special projects as assigned by the CSO—ranging from M&A support to new business model testing
  • Act as a proxy for the CSO in internal meetings and communications when needed

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or a Chief of Staff role
  • Proven experience working with senior executives or in a high-level strategy environment
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
  • comfortable interpreting financials, dashboards, and forecasts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Nice to have

  • Experience at a high-growth company, strategy team, or top-tier management consulting firm
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred
  • Exposure to M&A, innovation strategy, new market expansion, or digital transformation initiatives

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and potential for growth into leadership roles
  • Flexibility of remote work
  • Opportunity to work alongside industry leaders in a collaborative and innovative environment
