The Chief of Staff will play an important leadership role in supporting MAHC's transformational capital redevelopment project and broader organizational change agenda, helping to engage physicians in planning discussions, advance innovative models of care, foster alignment across sites and clinical programs, and ensure clinical priorities inform the future design and delivery of services across the organization. The Chief of Staff fosters strong relationships with physicians, hospital leaders, and community partners while supporting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role provides leadership and oversight for medical staff credentialing, appointments and reappointments, performance management, professional development, and physician engagement. In partnership with the President & CEO, the Chief of Staff contributes to strategic planning, clinical resource planning, and the evaluation and advancement of programs and services.
