The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the leadership team, ensuring effective execution of organizational priorities and alignment across departments. This role acts as a force multiplier for the executive office – driving focus, accountability, and follow through on high impact initiatives.   • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
