Anna (our President) is looking for a Chief of Staff who will play a huge role in making this next phase a success.

Requirements:

8–12+ years of senior-level operating experience in high-growth or scaled environments (e.g., strategy & operations, GM roles, chief of staff, or consulting plus in-house leadership)
Proven cross-functional execution, you’ve led complex initiatives and projects across multiple departments and delivered measurable results
Financial fluency, comfortable reading a P&L and anticipating the business implications of strategic decisions

You are a clear, top down communicator verbally and in writing
You are lower ego than most people you know and genuinely want to give and receive feedback
You have a goofy, creative streak, and you like to plan gatherings
